I purchased an emerald and gold bracelet several years ago from Queen Emerald. A few months ago I considered having it lengthened and spoke with Jose Rodriguez at Queen Emerald. The bracelet consists of inter-linked bars with inset emeralds, so this was not a simple matter of adding additional gold links. He assured me that they could do the necessary revision, match the new emeralds, and it would be like new. The work they did is absolutely stunning. The additional emeralds are matched with the old and I am Unable to identify which links were added. Jose kept me informed regarding their work progress repeatedly and continues to follow up to assure my satisfaction.
